In this four-week series, you will learn practical tips to incorporate into your daily routine, core exercises for stability including diastisis recti rehabilitation and core exercises to regain your shape and increase energy while bonding with your baby. Classes combine dance moves, yoga and pilates to support and keep you staying fit and feeling good!
